Ginger Hultin, MS, RD, CSO, LDN, is a contributing health writer for FoodTrients and owner of Champagne Nutrition specializing in integrative health and whole food-based nutrition. Mark Rosenberg

Dr. Mark Rosenberg received his doctorate from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1988 and has been involved with drug research since 1991. With numerous certifications in several different fields of medicine, psychology, healthy aging, and fitness, Dr. Rosenberg has a wide breadth of experience in both the public and private sectors, with particular expertise in the mechanism of cancer treatment failure and in obesity. He currently is researching new compounds to treat cancer and obesity, including receiving approval status for an investigational new drug that works with chemotherapy and a patent pending for an oral appetite suppressant. He is currently President of the Institute for Healthy Aging, Program Director of the Integrative Cancer Fellowship, and Chief Medical Officer of Rose Pharmaceuticals. His work has been published in various trade and academic journals. In addition to his many medical certifications, he is personally committed to physical fitness and is a certified physical fitness trainer.

Roberto Tostado

Roberto Tostado, M.D. is Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine by the American Board of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM), and certified in Regenerative Medicine by the AARM (Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine). He is a Fellow of Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. After earning degrees from Columbia University and the University of Michigan Medical School, he completed a USC Medical Residency at The California Medical Center in Los Angeles. In 2005, Dr. Tostado opened the iBody Medical Wellness Center in San Marino, CA. He is the author of Wtf* is Wrong with Our Health? (*What the Food), A Rebel Physician’s Manifesto for Reversing Disease and Increasing Smiles.  He also hosts a weekly wellness audio podcast on HealthyLife.net.

Dr. Mao Shing Ni (Dr. Mao) is a doctor of Chinese medicine and a board-certified anti- aging specialist. He was born into a medical family and started his medical training with his father, a renowned physician of Chinese medicine and Taoist master. He continued his trainings in medical schools in the U.S. and China. Dr. Mao did his postgraduate residency at Shanghai Medical University’s affiliated hospitals and undertook a 20-year study of centenarians of China.
Besides his Doctor of Oriental Medicine degree he also received a Ph.D. completing his dissertation on nutrition, which initiated his life-long passion with nutrition, wellness, and longevity.
