Creamy Avocado Dressing
Whole, natural foods combine in minutes to create this simple, creamy dressing. Avocado creates a rich base full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Toss all of these unprocessed ingredients into a food processor or blender and enjoy a delicious, homemade dressing in minutes.
YIELD about 1.5 cups
1 large clove fresh garlic, peeled
1 Tbs fresh lime juice
2 Tbs olive oil
½ tsp honey
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ tsp ground cumin
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Add water, 1 Tablespoon at a time until mixture is creamy and pourable, scraping down sides as needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to five days, adding water as needed for consistency.
