A Boomer’s Guide to Growing Younger

Almost exactly nine months after World War II ended, “the cry of the baby was heard across the land,” as historian Landon Jones later described the trend. More babies were born in 1946 than ever before. By 1964, there were 76.4 million “Baby Boomers” in the United States, making up almost 40 percent of the nation’s population. With the oldest of the Boomers turning 67 this year, the time for healthy living and diet is as important as ever.

All the theories suggest that there is a correlation between what things you put into your body and how that affects the aging process.
