Cheers to Elegant Crab-Mango Cocktail

GARLIC CRAB ROYALE When served in martini glasses, these crab cocktails make elegant appetizers for dinner parties. I use Alaskan king crab legs, but you can use grilled shrimp instead. Semi-ripe mangoes are more tart than fully ripe mangoes and hold their shape better. Depending on your taste for spicy food and drink, adjust the amount of hot sauce and jalapenos, or omit them. Try Heart-Healthy Chicken Curry with Moringa

Curries made with turmeric and coconut milk are amazingly heart-healthy. Add some ginger and garlic and your heart and arteries will thank you even more. Cookbook Launches at Saks Event

Saks Fifth Avenue, Beverly Hills rolled out the red carpet last week for cookbook author and creator of FOODTRIENTS®, Grace O for a signing of her latest cookbook, The Age Beautifully Cookbook.  A tasting menu of selected recipes from the cookbook were also served at the festive May 19 event.
